The first volume of István Bibó's collected writings included interpretations of European political development and analyzes of political hysteria. In the second volume, we were able to get to know and take into account democratic community evaluation and behavior patterns. The third volume contains his legal, psychological, sociological and political writings (reviews and articles, studies and dissertations), his lectures at the universities of Cluj and Szeged, his monograph on international conflict theory written in the sixties and seventies and its case studies, developed in the mid and second half of the forties it contains his social and administrative reform plans, the writings and documents related to them and his reflections and reminiscences about them from the 1970s. The volume contains the index of the three volumes.
