The BESEN BS40 is an 11 kW wall-mounted charger for electric vehicles, delivering up to 11 kW from a three-phase 16 A supply. It supports control via a mobile app, Dynamic Load Balancing (DLB) to make better use of the available grid capacity, and charging with solar energy, which together make it easy to manage charging from your phone while keeping the household supply in check.

The housing is rated IP66 and designed to operate between -25 °C and 55 °C. The unit can be used at altitudes up to 2,000 m above sea level, and its standby power consumption is stated to be no more than 10 W. Compact dimensions of 230 × 350 × 95 mm simplify installation, and the included wall bracket provides a convenient mounting option. An optional pedestal is also available.

Protection features include protection against low voltage, overcurrent, short circuit, earth fault, overheating and lightning strikes, helping to keep both the charger and the connected vehicle operating safely.
