Berta Ádám - A kígyó feje

“Ninety-nine zombie/vampire monsters terrorize a tiny Kazakh village; the start is like a fairy tale, the events that follow are unpredictable. Peculiar friendships and loves, intimate and dysfunctional relationships, and a cavalcade of exotic adventures intersperse Ádám Berta's new novel, which guides the reader through the story in a raw, no-frills style at a fast pace. The author works with surprising changes of location and point of view, sometimes unrestrained, sometimes tight descriptions, the dream-like floating events are connected to each other by strange threads. The novel is characterized by murderous irregularities, departures in many different directions, branches, and detours. A universe of its own is created during the chapters, demanding careful attention from the recipient." Zoltán Egressy
