The Berlinger Haus BH/9883 is an air fryer with two separate 4.5-litre cooking compartments, offering 9 litres of combined capacity for larger meals. It cooks food with hot circulating air, so you can prepare crispy dishes with considerably less oil and fat, according to the manufacturer up to 80% less than conventional frying. The black body with rose gold accents is finished with a transparent window that lets you check on your food without opening the basket.

It delivers 2600 to 3100 W and temperatures are adjustable from 60 to 200 °C. A digital control panel with touchscreen and LED display gives access to twelve programmes for different food types, and the timer can be set for up to 60 minutes. A rapid preheating function, overheating protection and automatic shut-off when the basket is removed support safe everyday use.

The non-stick oil tray and basket are dishwasher safe, which makes cleaning straightforward. Non-slip feet keep the appliance steady on any kitchen worktop.
