The body is made of forged aluminium, which spreads heat quickly and evenly so food cooks consistently. With a capacity of 2.4 litres and a weight of 1500 g, it is a practical everyday pan for the kitchen.
The ILAG Ultimate+ non-stick coating is reinforced with ceramic and resists scratches and corrosion. Food releases easily, so only a small amount of oil is needed, and cleaning is quick and simple.
