Berg Judit - A Möbius-akta

One of the key characters in Judit Berg's first book for adults, police captain Valentin Kornél, tries in vain to find a provable connection between two almost simultaneous deaths, which obviously and annoyingly point in the same direction. The investigation stalls, and to further increase Kornél's frustration, the young screenwriter appears, the only person the detective never wants to see again. A year earlier, the writer, with the specific logic of her profession, had discovered the solution to a mysterious murder that Kornél had not been able to solve despite all his efforts and professional knowledge, and the detective cannot forgive this embarrassment. Now they are looking for the answers independently for a long time, but then they cooperate so that there is no file from this case in the file store where unsolved cases are placed.
The women who play the main roles in the crime drama densely woven with psychological threads seem to embody the desires, aspirations, and former selves of a single person at different stages of his life. Embedding Judit Berg in a criminal story, she wants to play out the merciless law that with every decision we make, we necessarily close off all other paths, that is, we narrow down our world, which once seemed infinite, over and over again.
