The ingredients include wholemeal wheat flour (66%), sunflower oil, sugar, cane sugar (8.3%), sprouted cereal flours (5%) containing spelt, wheat and buckwheat, fresh eggs and pasteurised fresh whole milk (1.5%). Per 100 g the biscuit provides 8.1 g of fibre and 8.8 g of protein.
