The ingredients include wheat flour, sugar, sunflower oil, pasteurised cream, wheat starch, butter, fresh eggs, caramelised milk preparation, raising agents (sodium and ammonium bicarbonate), salt and flavouring. Per 100 g the biscuits provide 493 kcal, 20 g fat, of which 3.2 g saturates, 71 g carbohydrates, of which 21 g sugars, and 6.2 g protein.
