The 2N Access Unit 2.0 Bluetooth RFID reader is a versatile access control device that supports both traditional and modern identification methods. It reads both 125 kHz and intelligent 13.56 MHz RFID cards and also supports NFC technology.
Users can also identify themselves with their smartphone via Bluetooth. All that is required is installing the 2N Mobile Key app, after which the phone can stay in a pocket and the user simply approaches the reader.
The unit supports Power over Ethernet (PoE) and can be mounted on the surface or flush. Its dust- and water-resistant design is protected by a robust zinc die-cast housing, available in nickel and black, and it includes an audible acoustic signal.
