Discreet and flexible
The AXIS FA4115 dome sensor unit is designed to be discreet and flexible and must be used in conjunction with the separately purchased AXIS FA54 main unit. The palm-sized sensor unit can be mounted on the surface of walls or ceilings, and you can manually snap, tilt and adjust the field of view. Ideal for indoor use in shops, banks, hospitals and airports.

AXIS FA4115 features a 1080p resolution (1920 x 1080 pixels) image sensor and a varifocal lens that provides a horizontal field of view between 53 and 99 degrees. In tele mode, the close-up view allows you to capture finer details. A larger area can be covered in wide mode. Axis Corridor Format support enables optimal coverage of vertically oriented areas such as corridors.

Excellent details
AXIS FA4115 always supports Forensic WDR (Wide Dynamic Range), allowing details to be displayed even in high-contrast lighting conditions, such as when backlit against a very bright background. The sensor unit, together with the main unit, highlights the darker areas of such a scene, allowing for clear visibility of color and detail. The WDR technology of the AXIS FA series is also optimized for motion, so there is no motion noise when a fast-moving object is in motion. In low light conditions, AXIS FA4115 provides excellent color video with low noise.

Flexible modular concept
AXIS FA4115 is part of the AXIS FA series, which is based on the concept of a shared network camera, where the camera is divided into a sensor unit (lens and image sensor) and a main unit (the camera body), connected by a cable. The flexible design allows the small sensor unit to be installed as needed and the main unit to be placed where there is space.

AXIS FA4115 has an 8 meter detachable cable for connection to the AXIS FA54 main unit. An optional 15 meter long cable is also available. The sensor unit also comes with a plate that can be easily mounted, even on top of counters and shelves.
