The AXAGON PCEE-G25 PCI-Express network card equips the desktop computer with an ultra-fast 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet connection. It is backward compatible with 10/100Base-T networks.

The network card is equipped with a Realtek RTL8125B chipset, ensuring seamless compatibility with most operating systems. The LAN adapter supports Network Boot (PXE) and Realtek Dragon Software for setting management and automatic bandwidth control.

The 2.5G Ethernet network card expands the computer with a very fast network connection, complements the missing RJ-45 connector, adds another network card, or replaces the original, terminated network connection. The advantage of the IEEE 802.3bz standard is that traditional Cat 5e and Cat 6 Ethernet cables can be used up to 100 m long to achieve a speed of 2.5 Gb/s.

In addition to the adapter, the package also includes a low-profile blanking plug for fitting the adapter into lower-profile housings.
