PCI-Express card with four RS-232 standard serial ports.

The AXAGON PCEA-S4 PCI-Express card equips the desktop computer with four RS-232 standard serial ports with DB-9 connectors.

Unobstructed compatibility and numerous port options are ensured by the proven MOSChip chipset.

Input
- PCI-Express 1.1 interface is compatible with PCI-Express 1.0a / 2.0 / 2.1 / 3.0.
- Number of 1 lane (x1) lines compatible with x1 / x4 / x8 / x16 PCIe lanes.
- The bandwidth of the 1-lane PCI-Express 1.1 bus is 2.5 Gb/s.

Output
- 4 x serial RS-232 ports with DB9 male connector, two ports are located directly on the blind plug of the card, and the other two on another blind plug.
- The maximum transmission speed of the applied RS232 drivers is up to 250 kBd.
- Compatible: 16C550 / Extended 16C550 / 16C950 UART.

- Re-Map IO Address support COM port address setting (this function is only supported by DOS).
- Transmit and receive 256 bytes for each port's FIFO buffer.
- Adjustable flow control Xon/Xoff, hardware or off.
- Adjustable word length: 4, 5, 6, 7 or 8 bits.
- Adjustable parity (even, odd, none, mark, space), 1, 1.5 or 2 stop bits.
- Supports TXD, RXD, RTS, CTS, DTR, DCD, DSR and RI serial signals.
- 9-bit data transfer support.
- Supports connecting serial devices such as ATMs, cash registers, barcode scanners, CNC machines, tablets, POS or PDAs.
- ASIX (formerly MOSChip) MCS9904CV-AA chipset.
