The universal external AXAGON EEM2-GTS2 THIN SCREWLESS box with USB 10Gbps interface is designed for M.2 NVMe or SATA SSD disks. The two-sided USB-C connector on the box together enables a reliable connection to the computer. The package includes not only a USB-C -> USB-C cable to connect the box to a computer, but also a USB-C -> USB-A adapter. You can connect the box to any free USB port on your notebook.

Thanks to the fast USB 3.2 Gen 2 connector, the transfer speed can be up to 10 Gb/s. The external M.2 box also supports other modern features such as UASP, TRIM and enables S.M.A.R.T. reading information by monitoring disk status. Support idle state.

Thanks to the new chipset, a unique feature is the possibility of using M.2 NVMe and SATA disks. You don't have to think about what type of M.2 disk to put in the box. Its advantage is the attachment of SSD cards of four different lengths - 30, 42, 60 and 80 mm. M.2 cards can be single-sided or double-sided. The number of SSD disks that can be placed in the box is not limited.

The screw-free box opening makes it easy to assemble and disassemble the M.2 SSD disk. Disk replacement is quick and easy, thus expanding the possibilities of using the box, for example for data migration, testing, etc.

The outer metal case is black in color with an elegant, polished surface that prevents unwanted fingerprints.

The aluminum box body and the thermal pad provide very good cooling for the inserted M.2 SSD disk. This extends the life of the disc and also prevents the disc from slowing down due to "Thermal Throttling".
