AXAGON CLR-M2L6 ALU passive heatsink is ideal for cooling high-performance M.2 SSDs, especially NVMe.

The universal passive heatsink can be used for M.2 cards, size 22 x 80 mm. Two included thermal pads enable cooler operation for all single-sided and double-sided M.2 SSDs.

The 6 mm high ribbed aluminum heatsink helps to better dissipate the heat generated during the operations of the M.2 SSD. It also reduces its operating temperature by up to 20°C. This extends the life of the M.2 SSD and prevents the disk from slowing down, known as "Thermal Throttling".

Thanks to its easy installation and compact dimensions, the heatsink can be used not only with M.2 AXAGON adapters, but also with M.2 (NGFF) slots on motherboards. The heatsink has an ideal profile height/cooling efficiency ratio.
