The universal passive heatsink can be used for M.2 cards, size 22 x 80 mm. Two included thermal pads enable cooler operation for all single-sided and double-sided M.2 SSDs.

The 3 mm high ribbed aluminum heatsink helps to better dissipate the heat generated during the operations of the M.2 SSD. It also reduces its operating temperature by up to 15°C. This extends the life of the M.2 SSD and prevents the disk from slowing down, the so-called "Thermal Throttling".

Thanks to its easy installation and compact dimensions, the heatsink can be used not only with M.2 AXAGON adapters, but also with M.2 (NGFF) slots on motherboards. The low profile of the heatsink allows for use in limited space.
