The FRITZ! SFP XGS-PON is an SFP+ optical transceiver module designed for XGS-PON connections, the symmetrical 10-gigabit passive optical network standard defined in ITU-T G.9807. It features an SC connector for the optical fibre and supports symmetrical data transfer rates of up to 10 Gbps.
The module is compatible with the FRITZ!Box 5590 and 5530 Fiber routers, provided they run FRITZ!OS 7.50 or later. An installation guide is included in the package to simplify setup.
This transceiver is well suited to users who want high-speed XGS-PON fibre internet with their FRITZ!Box router and need the correct SFP+ module for the connection.
