The FRITZ!Powerline 1240 AX SET from AVM extends your home network through the existing electrical wiring. The set includes a FRITZ!Powerline 1240 AX and a FRITZ!Powerline 1210, providing a stable, fast connection where Wi-Fi is weak or cables cannot easily be run.

The 1240 AX adapter supports Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) with a maximum wireless speed of 600 Mbps. The devices are compatible with the common Powerline standards, including the 1200, 600, 500 and 200 Mbps classes, as well as IEEE P1901 and HomePlug AV2. Each adapter offers two Gigabit Ethernet ports (RJ-45) for wired devices at up to 1000 Mbps.

Data transmission is protected by 128-bit AES encryption, which is active from the first connection. The Quality of Service function prioritises data packets, so video streaming and internet telephony run without interruption. A network cable and installation guide are included in the package.
