Evolving from the critically acclaimed ATH-M50x, the ATH-M50xSTS StreamSet is equipped with the same 45mm large-aperture drivers, with two different sets of interchangeable earpads – M50x earpads that boost sound quality and sound isolation, and mesh and leatherette to help breathability and comfort. Experience studio-quality articulation and intelligibility thanks to the StreamSet's cardioid condenser microphone, derived from the iconic 20-series studio microphones. The microphone is designed to be placed on the end of a flexible boom arm, so the microphone stays close to the mouth, helping to reject background noise and provide crystal clear sound. The microphone can be quickly and effectively muted simply by flipping the boom arm upwards.

StreamSet is available in two configurations. The ATH-M50xSTS is equipped with a 2m (6.6') permanently fixed cable, a 3.5mm (1/8") headphone jack and an XLR microphone output for connecting to an audio interface or mixer. A 6.3mm (1/4") snap-on adapter is also included for the headphone jack. For those looking for a plug-and-play connection to PCs and Macs, the ATH-M50xSTS-USB comes with a 2m (6.6') permanently fixed cable with a USB-A connection.
