    The ATEN VanCryst VE800AR-AT-G is an HDMI receiver that carries the HDMI signal from the source to the display even when the two devices are installed far apart. Thanks to ATEN EDID technology, the signal travels over a single Cat 5e cable. The maximum distance is 40 metres at 1080p and 60 metres at 1080i (HDTV).

    The receiver supports resolutions up to 1920 x 1200 at 1080p, along with HDMI features such as 3D and Deep Color. It is HDCP compatible, so protected content can be played. Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio are also supported.

    An 8-segment equalization setting lets you fine-tune the picture quality for the cable length in use. The unit is DDC compatible. Please note that this is the receiver unit only.
