The ATEN UC100KMA-AT is a converter cable that lets you connect a second PS/2 keyboard and a second PS/2 mouse to your computer through a USB port. It is particularly useful for laptops and other portable computers, where manufacturers often route the keyboard and mouse through a single shared PS/2 connector. If a PS/2 Y-splitter cable cannot be used in your setup, this adapter offers a practical alternative for connecting external input devices.

The compact cable is 10 cm long and finished in white. It supports PS/2 Mouse and MS IntelliMouse functions and is compatible with ATEN MasterView CPU switches. According to the manufacturer, it is compatible with Windows 98, 2000, ME and Mac OS 8.6.

The cable connects to a USB Type-A port on one end, while the keyboard and mouse plug into two PS/2 Mini-DIN 6 female connectors.
