    The ATEN CS724KM is a 4-port USB KM switch that lets you control up to four computers with a single keyboard and mouse. Two units can be combined so that one console controls up to eight computers. Switching is possible with the front panel pushbutton, a keyboard hotkey, the mouse pointer, the mouse itself, and RS-232 commands.

    The standout method is pointer-based switching, which uses ATEN's exclusive Boundless Switching technology. In a multi-monitor extended desktop, you move the mouse pointer across any display edge in any direction to switch instantly to the target computer, with no menus or key presses needed.

    The switch provides one audio jack, one serial port and one USB 2.0 port, making it suitable for multi-computer workstations that use standard peripherals.
