ARCTIC Cooling Alpine 23 is an excellent value for money air cooling solution for AMD processors, especially when compact size and easy installation are the goal. It is compatible with AM4 and AM5 sockets, so it can be installed in either older or newer generation systems. Thanks to the new manufacturing process, it results in better cooling performance. The high thermal conductivity of aluminum is fully preserved by a new type of extrusion. This new manufacturing process creates a powerful yet very compact radial heatsink. The particularly thin cooling fins of the new Alpine are arranged in a Y shape. This increases the surface area of ​​the heatsink and thus the cooling capacity.

It features a new motor technology with a very wide PWM controlled speed range. This ensures minimal noise levels while guaranteeing maximum cooling performance when needed.

The new Alpine 23 is powered by an improved engine and is much more efficient than its predecessors. Thanks to sine wave magnetization, the new motor generates only 5% less vibration than the commutation of a conventional DC motor. These factors help to save energy, reduce coil temperature and minimize vibrations without sacrificing performance.

Thanks to the alloy/lubricant combination developed in Germany, the friction inside the bearing is reduced and the efficiency is higher. This results in less heat generation and less bearing noise, meaning the fan can enjoy a longer lifespan.

A 10°C lower motor temperature roughly doubles the life of the fan. The new ARCTIC motor has four times longer life thanks to the low winding temperature.

Pre-applied high performance MX-2 thermal paste ensures quick and clean installation. Installation is very easy thanks to the fixing clips. The Alpine 23 simply plugs into existing AMD mounting modules and locks in place.
