    Apotheke Uropajzs is a loose herbal tea blended from carefully selected herbs, including cranberry and goldenrod. The mix combines cranberry shoots, nettle shoots, parsley root, goldenrod shoots and birch leaves, with the herbs making up roughly 22 percent each and birch leaves 12 percent of the blend.

    The recipe was developed together with the Department of Pharmacology and Pharmaceutical Botany of the Faculty of Pharmacy at Charles University in Hradec Králové, drawing on traditional folk experience and scientific knowledge.

    To prepare, pour 250 ml of cold water over one tablespoon of the herb mixture, bring it briefly to the boil in a covered vessel, then let it steep covered for 15 minutes. The recommended intake is two to three cups a day. Use should not exceed one week. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, or for people with chronic kidney disease. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Net weight: 70 g.
