ANCEL L5000 PRO Diagnostic Leak Detector

The ANCEL L5000 PRO is a diagnostic leak detector for testing vehicle systems with air and smoke. By feeding smoke into the system under test, it makes leaks quick to locate. The unit works in several modes, from low pressure (0.5 psi) up to high pressure (20 psi), and also supports pressure-drop and vacuum leak tests.

It can check the tightness of many vehicle systems, including the EVAP system, air intake, exhaust, charge air cooler, oil circuit and water lines. A mode for a defined operating pressure allows realistic pressure conditions to be simulated, while visible smoke helps pinpoint the source of a leak.

The control panel, with an LCD screen and four function buttons, makes it easy to select modes and set test parameters. A self-test function helps with diagnosing the unit itself if operating problems occur. Designed for workshop use, the leak detector comes with adapter cones, a set of plugs and an EVAP adapter for different openings.
