Matt Shader Satin Black from AMMO by MIG Jimenez is a shading paint designed for scale modelling and for shading painted surfaces. It is meant to add deep, natural-looking shadows to recesses and corners of models.
The acrylic-based paint can be thinned with water, dries quickly and can be applied with a brush or an airbrush. Its matt-satin finish is intended to simulate the sheen of real metal and other materials, giving a lifelike result.
The paint is suitable for shading military vehicles, figures, buildings and other scale models. It can also be used for wash techniques and layering. The 35 ml bottle is a convenient size for modelling work.
