AMAYA Rectangular sliding disc

Versatile sliding disc. All you need for training is two discs and your own body weight!

The sliding disc used for training can be used to specifically strengthen the arm, leg, abdominal and back muscles.

An intense, extreme form of training that not only makes you fit, but can also increase your endurance and strength.

This type of technique has long been part of the training of elite athletes, who are aware that training combined with strengthening the stabilizing muscles especially increases their performance.

The discs can be placed under the palms, elbows, knees and soles.

It is suitable for beginners to advanced levels, and you can do a lot of exercises with it. We can regulate the difficulty level of the exercises ourselves, depending on how we use our range of motion during the exercise.

The greater your range of motion, the more difficult the exercise. The force of friction also adds to the level of difficulty, but because of this, the regularity of the movement can be easily controlled, and due to the sliding of the discs, it is a joint-friendly training form, since there is no shaking, jumping, and running away.

These discs were specially developed for wooden floors, so we recommend them primarily for these.

The package contains 2 oblong black discs.
