This ALPINA deep fryer offers 2000 W of power and a 3-litre capacity for frying chips, chicken and other foods in hot oil. The stainless steel housing and removable pan make the appliance sturdy and easy to clean.
The fryer consists of four parts: a stainless steel housing, a removable stainless steel pan, an electric heating surface with thermostat and heating element, and a frying basket with handle. Next to the thermostat knob is a chart showing which temperature suits which food. The temperature range runs from 0 to 190 °C, and the set temperature is reached in about 20 to 25 minutes.
An overheating protection function adds safety during operation.
