The Alphacool GPU RAM copper heatsinks are passive cooling elements measuring 6.5 x 6.5 mm. They are designed to dissipate heat from memory modules and chips on motherboards and graphics cards. Made of copper, they offer excellent thermal conductivity for efficient heat transfer away from the components.
The pack includes 10 heatsinks, so several RAM modules or chips can be cooled at the same time. They are primarily intended for RAM modules on motherboards and graphics cards.
Thermal adhesive or self-adhesive thermal pads are required for mounting. These are not included and must be purchased separately. The heatsinks are simple to fit and help improve the system's heat management, even under higher loads.
