The Alpenföhn Matterhorn 2 in black is an air cooler for processors that keeps even demanding CPUs under control. Its single-tower design with four heat pipes is rated for processors up to 200 W TDP. It is compatible with the main Intel sockets, including LGA 1150, 1151, 1155, 1200, 1700 and 2066, as well as AMD AM4 and AM5.
A 120 mm fan with a hydrodynamic bearing moves the air. It can be adjusted between 500 and 1800 rpm and connects through a 4-pin PWM header. According to the manufacturer, it delivers an airflow of 120.34 m³/h at a maximum noise level of 32.5 dB, allowing quiet operation.
The cooling fins are made of aluminium and copper, and the cooler weighs 550 grams in total. Its black finish blends easily into most desktop cases.
