This low-FODMAP chicken stock is made only from fresh ingredients and simmered gently for 15 hours. It is prepared from meaty chicken bones from birds raised on GMO-free feed, together with vegetables and spices. Onion and garlic are deliberately left out.

The stock is well suited to people with digestive complaints, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) or a low-FODMAP diet. It is gluten-free, lactose-free and egg-free, and contains no preservatives, additives, colourings or artificial flavourings. The average collagen content is 6000 mg per 400 ml.

It can be drunk on its own, seasoned to taste or used as a base for other dishes. Store unopened at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. Once opened, keep refrigerated below 3 °C and use within 2 days. Pack size: 400 ml pouch.
