Alaplé Bár's Angus beef stock is a 400 ml instant broth base made only from fresh ingredients and simmered for 15 hours. It is built on beef bones (28%) and a blend of vegetables including carrot, parsnip root, celeriac, onion, garlic, red pepper, kohlrabi and kale, seasoned with salt, black pepper, sage, allspice and bay leaf.

The stock is gluten-free, lactose-free, egg-free and free from preservatives, colourings, artificial flavours and other additives. According to the product information, it provides around 8000 mg of collagen per 400 ml. The beef is described as coming from free-range, GMO-free fed cattle and as 100% organic.

Enjoy it on its own, lightly seasoned, or use it as a base for soups, sauces and other dishes. Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight. Once opened, keep refrigerated below 3 °C and use within 2 days. Contains celeriac.
