AIWA BBTU-400 portable CD radio black-red

The AIWA BBTU-400 is a portable boombox in black and red that brings together a CD player, a USB MP3 player, Bluetooth and an FM radio in one compact unit. Bluetooth 5.0 with EDR lets you connect a smartphone or tablet wirelessly, with a stated range of at least 10 metres. Its 2 x 3 W RMS output, supported by bass and treble controls, delivers a clear and balanced sound.

The CD player reads CD, CD-R/RW and MP3-CD discs, with 20 programmable memory positions for audio CDs and 99 steps for MP3 discs and USB storage. The PLL FM radio can store up to 40 stations. A large LCD display with a white backlight, a 24-hour clock, and an alarm with a sleep timer that can wake you to CD, radio, USB or a beep make it practical for everyday use.

An external device can be connected through the 3.5 mm aux input, and a stereo headphone jack is also included. The unit runs on mains power or on six UM-2 batteries, which are not supplied. It weighs about 1.2 kg.
