After the Empire board game

Build a new empire on the ruins of the previous one... In the board game After the Empire, you can take on the role of the ruler of a small kingdom that has been languishing in the shadow of the empire since the massacres. Amid constant feuding with your neighbors, you wielded little real power - until now. The empire is falling, but a new threat is lurking. Hordes of invading armies are pillaging the countryside in search of loot, and you know that soon it will be your turn. Unfortunately, years of warfare and hatred of your neighbors make it impossible for you to fight the threat together. You must protect your people, develop your kingdom and outrun your rivals!
