This active HDMI to DisplayPort video adapter lets you connect a laptop or other source device with an HDMI output to a monitor that has a DisplayPort input. Its sturdy aluminium housing supports a maximum resolution of 3840 × 2160 (4K) at 60 Hz, in line with the HDMI 2.0 and DisplayPort 1.2 standards.
The cable measures 24 cm and comes with an additional USB-A power cable, which is useful when the HDMI connector cannot supply enough power to the active converter. Hot plug detection allows you to connect devices while they are switched on.
EDID support means the source and the monitor exchange resolution information automatically, so the setup works without manual configuration. Its clean black design suits a professional workspace.
