The ACT RL9901 is a 1-metre fibre optic patch cable with LC connectors at both ends, both LC/UPC. It contains a singlemode 9/125 µm fibre that complies with the OS2 standard, making it suitable for linking equipment over optical fibre.
The duplex construction allows data to be sent and received at the same time. The yellow jacket identifies the cable as singlemode. Its LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) sheath releases minimal smoke and no halogen-based harmful substances in a fire, which makes it a safer choice for offices and industrial settings.
