The purpose of this book is to present healing mantras that help create health and harmony. This article is primarily focused on mantra yoga, but it does not only go through Hindu mantras, but also the sacred prayers and mantras of different cultural religions. We wanted to point out at least some similar practices in other religions, although they appear in many other religions, such as Indian and African shamans, Celts, tantra yoga, etc. This is also the most basic approach. I wish we could recognize it in their hearts. The one who guides our every step, who is eternal and not ephemeral, Isvara, the Lord who frees us from all ignorance to usher us into the divine kingdom.
