This 3MK screen protector is designed for the Redmi Note 12 Pro Plus and comes in a transparent 0.21 mm version. Its antimicrobial coating is claimed to destroy 99% of bacteria, viruses, fungi and mould spores on the surface, and the effect is said to work around the clock. This makes it a useful addition when regular disinfection of your phone is not always possible.

The multi-layer construction includes a shock-absorbing layer which, according to the manufacturer, increases the display's resistance by 400%. The film is flexible enough to follow the curves of edge-to-edge screens closely. An oleophobic layer helps reduce fingerprints and keeps the surface easy to clean, while a self-healing coating is designed to smooth out minor scratches that occur during everyday use.

The film is applied wet, using the gel included in the package, which the manufacturer says helps prevent air bubbles and dust from getting trapped underneath.
