All of these fit into the framework of a simple, middle-class household; but that's why you can choose from them, a woman who heads a large household with wealth, just like the poorest family, or those women who perform an office, who are forced to entrust their households to the care of simple servants, because from this cookbook you can easily and cheaply cook very good meals .and#13;and#10;I came from a rich landowning family, I got the foundation of my housewifery from home. Later, as a military officer, I traveled all over the country; everywhere I learned what was good and thrifty I could perceive. Being a passionate cook, I prepared the dishes I liked beautifully and immediately. - This is how my knowledge as a cook has accumulated over the years. and#13;and#10;I have never cooked at someone else's house in my life and I still work in my own household to this day, but because I have been hit by great adversity, I have also learned about financial struggles. In this way, I slowly learned how to produce the best possible dishes from an unimaginably small amount of ingredients. I am completely Hungarian, in terms of taste and habits, and as I was born in Transylvania, my cooking style is predominantly Transylvanian. For years now, my cooking science has been my bread and butter. Having said all of this in advance, I believe that I have reason to hope that I will win the trust of the esteemed audience."
