Product description
"In those years of letting myself down, my mind felt heavy. I knew I had to find a clearer way,
starting with which my life CAN BE EASIER."
Yung Pueblo's journey to recovery began only after the addiction that affects so many today took a toll on him, both physically and mentally. Looking for a solution, she realized that instead of running away from her anxiety and fears, she could face them and embark on the path to mental health through honest self-examination. As soon as she started meditating regularly and learned to trust her intuition, she started to feel better and was able to experience love more deeply. He took a bumpy road, but with his special literary vein, he showed us all how complete recovery is possible. More and more beautiful poems were born from his travels, which earned him world fame.
In his book "It can be easier", the author now shows, through his own lived experiences, how we can achieve self-compassion, how we can realize letting go, and through these, emotional maturity. As we release our burdens, our minds finally clear and we are able to experience the present moment again. As we grow stronger and our self-awareness deepens, it is our responsibility - and at the same time part of the healing journey - to take steps that support not only our own health but also the health and harmony of our fellow human beings. In the last part of the book, we can also learn how we can contribute to creating a world that is deeply compassionate.
Yung Pueblo is the writer's pen name of Diego Perez, meaning "young people". The name is meant to convey that humanity is entering an era of remarkable growth and healing, when many are deepening their self-awareness and freeing themselves from long-held burdens. According to his hopes, as more and more of us recover, our actions become more conscious, we become more compassionate in our decisions, our thoughts become clearer, and the future becomes clearer and brighter.
