YSHIELD HNV100 shielding polyester fabric 90 cm x 1 m YSH-067-999

The YShield HNV100 is a shielding fabric made from fine, metal-coated polyester cloth in a professional heat-bonded finish. It provides high-efficiency shielding against high-frequency electromagnetic radiation (HF) and low-frequency electric fields (LF), with a stated shielding attenuation of 103 dB. The material weighs 70 g/m², measures 0.16 mm in thickness and has a surface resistance of 0.01 ohm. It effectively shields all 5G frequencies, covering both FR1 (600 MHz–6 GHz) and FR2 (24–40 GHz) bands.

The fabric is made of polyester, copper and nickel and is 90 cm wide. It is well suited to shielding walls, ceilings and floors as an interlayer wallpaper, in plasterboard constructions, laid loosely or used to wrap equipment. Because the surface is electrically conductive, it must be integrated into a functional equipotential bonding (FEB) system. Individual strips should always overlap so that an electrical connection to earth is created.

It is recommended for data centres, laboratories and TEMPEST rooms, and is also available for private use.
