The Xiaomi 13T is an Android smartphone with a 6.67-inch CrystalRes AMOLED display that supports an adaptive refresh rate of up to 144 Hz and handles Dolby Vision and HDR10+ content. Peak brightness reaches 2600 nits, and the screen can display 68 billion colours.

The camera system was developed together with Leica and centres on a 50 MP main camera with Leica Summicron optics and optical image stabilisation. Two Leica photography styles, Leica Vibrant and Leica Authentic, give photos a distinct look. The front camera offers 20 MP.

The phone runs on a MediaTek Dimensity 8200-Ultra processor built on a 4 nm TSMC process, paired with 12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256 GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The 5000 mAh battery supports 67 W turbo charging and reaches 100% in about 42 minutes. An IP68 rating makes it dust- and water-resistant.
