The WMF Perfect Premium pressure cooker offers a 3-litre stainless steel pot for quick, convenient cooking of side dishes and smaller portions. All functions are operated with the All-In-One rotary control, so locking, selecting the cooking level and releasing steam safely can be done with one hand. Built-in indicators keep you informed about the pressure status at all times.
Cooking under pressure shortens cooking times by up to 70% and reduces energy consumption by up to 50%, while retaining much of the vitamins and minerals in food.
The pot body is made of Cromargan® 18/10 stainless steel, which is durable, resistant and easy to clean. The TransTherm® universal base provides fast and even heat distribution and suits all hob types, including induction. The handle detaches with one click and can be rinsed under running water, while the pot and lid are dishwasher safe.
