WIZK!DS D&D Icons of the Realms - Spelljammer: Adventures in Space Astral Dreadnought kalandjáték figura

The Astral Dreadnought is the silent doom of the Astral Plane. Its alien body and all-absorbing jaws represent such a cosmic threat that escape becomes just an illusion.

The Astral Dreadnought is one of the most feared guardians of the Astral Plane, an alien-like monster of unfathomable size that hovers silently in the silver mist, sensing every movement and sign of life around it. It does not hunt or chase. It's just there, and that alone is a deadly threat.

The records of astral scientists and skiers are remarkably silent on the origins of the Astral Dreadnoughts. The chronicles give detailed accounts of their destructive abilities and their role on the Astral Plane, but their origin is not mentioned, as if the creature's past itself had been erased from recorded history. Some theorize that they are creatures from an era before the gods, others believe that they are embodied defense mechanisms of the Astral Plane itself, ruthlessly obliterating intruders.

The Dreadnought's most feared feature is its massive jaws, which don't just tear apart, they swallow. The creature's stomach is a separate pocket dimension where timeless ruins, swallowed ships, and the remains of lost adventurers drift side by side. Anyone who gets here not only becomes a prisoner, but is locked in a prison of which the monster is both the key and the guard.

This Dungeons & Dragons Icons of the Realms mini brings to life one of the most iconic cosmic threats from Spelljammer Adventures in Space. The detailed, pre-painted figure emphasizes the creature's alien-like, armor-like body and all-seeing, single eye. On the table, it immediately makes you feel that this encounter is not a conventional clash, but a doom on a cosmic scale.

For Dungeon Masters, the Astral Dreadnought is an ideal choice for scenes set on the Astral Plane or in Spelljammer campaigns where the threat is not only physical but also existential. And for collectors, a special, rare and spectacular D&D monster mini that really stands out from the ranks of classic fantasy creatures.
