The Hermetic tradition teaches that death is not a special state, but the twin of everyday deep sleep. Sleep has long been compared to death, taking only the difference between dreaming and dreamless deep sleep. Consciousness will be wonderfully clear, our vision will be all-encompassing, the form of perception of time and space will be lost at the same time, things will no longer be causal and they appear before us in chronological order, but mixed up. The past merges with the future and the present, it is impossible to distinguish what was before and what was after, the perception of space is also quite uncertain and what is the strangest thing, it seems that if we think of any place, or something like that just occurs to us, we immediately find ourselves there. In fact, the objectification, or embodiment, of certain symbols is the driving element of incarnations.
