VIZIK Allergy eye drops contain natural and clinically tested ingredients, the effectiveness of which has been scientifically proven. The eye drops contain sodium hyaluronate, which is the sodium salt of hyaluronic acid, which, due to its special physical properties, forms a uniform, stable and especially long-lasting protective film on the cornea, without affecting visual performance. It also contains ectoin, which is a natural cell-protective molecule with anti-irritation and membrane-stabilizing properties that binds moisture and stabilizes the lipid layer of the tear film.
The isotonic eye drops moisten the itchy, reddened eyes and thereby form an effective protective complex against harmful effects such as allergens.
The combination of sodium hyaluronate (tear film stabilizer) and ectoin (moisturizing, soothing) protects against allergens from the ambient air, hydrates the surface of the eye and makes it slippery. As a result, it provides long-lasting relief and supports the regeneration process of irritated and sensitive conjunctiva in the case of complaints related to:
• allergens (e.g.: pollen, dust or animal hair), reduces the eye irritation caused by them,
• environmental stress, e.g.: air conditioning, wind, cold, dryness or air pollution, e.g.: by cigarette smoke,
• mechanical stress, e.g.: wearing hard or soft contact lenses or diagnostic interventions on the eyes,
• strained eyes, e.g.: computer screen, working in front of a microscope, and long car journeys.
Due to its preservative-free nature, Vizik Allergia eye drops are very well tolerated even with long-term use.
Composition: 1 ml contains: sodium hyaluronate 0.15%, ectoin 2%, sodium chloride, sodium citrate, citric acid, water for injection.


Application:
To open the bottle, completely remove the safety ring by pulling on the prefabricated tab (1).
Then lift the cap (2) by pulling it upwards. Tilt your head slightly back, look up and gently pull the lower eyelid away from your eyes. Hold the bottle with the dropper opening facing downwards and drip 1 drop into the conjunctival sac with a strong, prolonged pressure of the container 3 - 5 times a day (3 + 4). Close your eyes slowly so that the liquid is distributed evenly over the surface of the eye. During application, the opening of the dropper should not touch your eyes or touch them with your hands. Any drops that are still at the dropper opening should be removed by gently tapping the bottom of the bottle. Then put the cap back on the bottle with slight pressure (5). If your symptoms worsen or do not improve, consult an ophthalmologist.


Due to the bottle's special, sterile air filter system, it is necessary that a few seconds elapse after each use without applying pressure to the bottle, so that enough air can flow in again. Without this waiting time, further use is difficult. Furthermore, due to physical reasons, it is necessary to exert a little more pressure during instillation, when the bottle starts to empty.
Precautions and Warnings
• Do not use if the bottle or sealing ring is damaged.
• Do not touch the eye with the dropper opening of the bottle.
• Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any component of Vizik Allergia eye drops.
• In very rare cases, the use of eye drops may cause irritation in very sensitive eyes.
• If you wear contact lenses, you must remove them before use and do not put them back in for at least 15 minutes after use.
• If you also use other eye drops/ointment, you must use them 15 minutes apart. Vizik Allergy eye drops should always be used last.
• Do not use on infected or damaged eyes.
