This Vitalia granola with honey and almonds is a crunchy muesli bar coated in chocolate, made without added sugar. Its base consists of extruded whole grain wheat and barley malt extract, combined with oat flakes, roasted peanuts and peanut butter. The coating is milk chocolate sweetened with maltitol, along with cocoa butter and whole milk powder.
The product is sweetened mainly with maltitol syrup and oligofructose. It also contains coconut oil, glycerin, salt, reduced-fat cocoa powder and natural flavouring. The recipe includes lecithins and emulsifiers, and the product may contain traces of tree nuts.
A convenient snack for between meals that is easy to take along. The 350-gram pack provides a supply for several days.
