    The VILPE KLAPAMAG125BLU is an airtight 125 mm butterfly valve for preventing unwanted reverse airflow in kitchen extractor hoods and residential ventilation systems. Designed for in-line installation, it uses a magnetic mechanism and a silicone membrane to close the airflow path. The valve is blue.

    Its rigid frame helps prevent resonance during operation, while the silicone membrane resists greasy deposits and supports quiet operation. An integrated EPDM seal allows it to fit rigid ventilation ducts with a 125 mm internal diameter. The magnetic closing force can be adjusted with a screw to match the airflow of the ventilation unit. The closed valve also helps keep cold outdoor air, unpleasant odours and insects from entering.
