The Viking R08 4G/WiFi solar router VSR084GW is a compact solution for providing internet access in locations without a mains power supply. It connects to the mobile network with a nano SIM card and creates its own Wi-Fi network to which up to 10 devices can connect at the same time. Mobile data runs on 4G/LTE, and Wi-Fi reaches up to 150 Mbps using the Wi-Fi 4/n standard.

An integrated solar charging function and a 20100 mAh battery allow the router to run continuously and stably without an electricity grid. The 5 dBi antenna provides a strong and steady Wi-Fi signal on the 2.4 GHz band. The unit has a USB port but no Ethernet LAN ports.

This router suits construction sites, holiday homes, car parks and remote facilities where an internet connection is needed quickly without complex infrastructure. It can also connect IP cameras and IoT devices. It operates reliably between -15 °C and 60 °C, and its IP66 rating protects the housing against harsh weather.
