    Ingredients: gluten-free oatmeal, dried apple cube 14%, date syrup, roasted hazelnuts 6.0%, ground almonds, flaxseed flour, sunflower seeds, puffed quinoa, cinnamon, spices. May contain traces of peanuts, sesame seeds, other nuts, seeds and seed shells. It retains its quality: see the bottom of the box (day/month/year).
