The taste of our quinoa-pecan granola is dominated by soft sweet caramel notes, which is thanks to the maple syrup, the clear sap of the Canadian maple tree. Due to the triple undertone of almonds, pecans and coconut, as well as the not too ostentatious seasoning, the overall effect is perhaps the most reminiscent of the taste of cakes from gourmet pastry shops. Puffed quinoa and millet provide a light contrast to the creamy, crunchy texture of the toasted seeds.
